Sabiendo regular bien el tiro de aire es fácil controlar bien la temperatura y te permite cocinar para 2 o 3 personas buenos asados y parrilladas, mantienen muy bien el calor en su interior.

Très bien mais il faut savoir qu'on ne retrouve pas le fumé des barbecues traditionnels. Pour ce faire, il faut ajouter un ou plusieurs morceaux de bois sec (à tester). Je fais des essais de cuisson lente (120/140°)

Fantastic BBQ got this to go along with my Classic Joe 2 and for picnics and camping etc, can't recommend these things highly enough

Produit absolument fabuleux. Facile d'utilisation On peut tout faire : pizzas cuites en 3 minutes , poulet rôti comme dans un four de cuisine, fumage des viandes et des poissons et grillades comme dans un bbq classique. Allumage hyper simple: charbon de bois dans la cuve, 2 ou 3 cubes d.allumage fermer le couvercle en ouvrant à fond les 2 prises d'air et le tour est joué. Pas besoin de souffler sur les braises. Ça marche tout seul!!!! Le prix est élevé... Mais ça vaut le coup!
