No refund policy
The picture shows the eco egg. However it is only the refill pellets. I was under the impression it will come with the eco egg. Disappointed ☹️

We’ll never go back to mainstream detergents
I originally bought the Ecoegg on The Shopping Channel (TSC) nearly 10 years ago. It claimed to be good for 770 washes of which I still have one more packet to use before I need refills. We are a retired couple who on average do approximately 2 loads a week sometimes 3 at most. I can attest to its effectiveness as both a detergent and fabric softener in spite of the hard water where we live. We both have skin sensitivities so this is perfect for us. It’s also way more economical than standard products and good for the environment. A win on so many levels!

So glad refills are back in stock
I don’t know how this works, but my laundry is clean, no huge plastic jugs to throw away, and very low cost to do laundry for an entire year for a single person with an office job.

Parfait!
On l'utilise depuis des années, c'es top (nécessite un pré-lavage au savon pour les grosses taches quand même). De belles économies en lessive!

Great egg for washing
I have ordered many of these for different colours for washing. Saves so much money on washing powders or liquids. Great idea and saves using plastics
