No refund policy
The picture shows the eco egg. However it is only the refill pellets. I was under the impression it will come with the eco egg. Disappointed ☹️

I bought the egg and I got these as extra It turned out the information on Amazon is wrong this product does not clean at all I need to return this unopened package and there is no return on this :((((

I originally bought the Ecoegg on The Shopping Channel (TSC) nearly 10 years ago. It claimed to be good for 770 washes of which I still have one more packet to use before I need refills. We are a retired couple who on average do approximately 2 loads a week sometimes 3 at most. I can attest to its effectiveness as both a detergent and fabric softener in spite of the hard water where we live. We both have skin sensitivities so this is perfect for us. It’s also way more economical than standard products and good for the environment. A win on so many levels!
