Stunned that it worked
I am not religious at all but was fed up with our house taking 6 months to sell. Buried this, head down facing the house on March 5 and we closed the deal, money in the account on March 30. Best $20 I ever spent!

This works!!!!! Sold my house in 4 days!! This is the 2nd house I've put on the market and prayed to Saint Joseph. The first house sold in 2 days in 2018; and now in 2025, in 4 days.

MIRACLE!
MIRACLE!!!! We listed a beautiful fully remodeled home and got zillion of views and interests but shockingly, no serious offer. After several weeks, I decided to purchase one from Amazon (thank to those amazing reviews.) We burried him inside a plant pot under the for sale sign. We followed the instruction: upside down, face looking at the home. On the exact date, a couple of potential buyers looked at the home and are now, the proud owners. Shocking is under statement for us. We believe in God and the mystery of the world around us. But this experience only validate our belief: each home has its own soul and only the right blessing will allow those souls to open up to new owners. We just listed another home and this time, burried this statue prior. We already got a full price offer the 1st day in the market.... We are beyond grateful and feel so humbled... We will be purchasing more of these statues and will use them for every home we list moving forward....

Worth a Shot...Why Not!?
In this economic conundrum we have been living in for awhile...Unless you can time travel to figure out how long your house will be on the market, Why not get some extra help from St.Joesph? If you believe in it ... its totally worth it...if you dont believe in it... you will become a believer... it's worth it! Our house sat on the market for 2 months with 3 showings total. Decided to give St.Joseph a go at it (it doesn't hurt anything...so why NOT?!) And I kid you not... 3 days after buying him, upside down, and saying the prayer (that is on the enclosed card)... we had an offer and we closed in less than 30 days! Did St.Joseph perform? (You tell me...could all just be a HUGE coincidence or maybe there is something to this quality, easy to use Saint!) Perfect for gift giving! I even bought our realtor 2, for him to keep on hand if there is a seller he comes across that wants to try it for themselves!
