There are two big tile versions of Hive. Hive Original and Hive Carbon. These are identical tiles to Hive Original.

How does the mosquito move?

The mosquito copies the characteristics of whatever tile it is touching at the start of its move.

is this for hive compact version?

No, this is for the normal sized Hive pieces. But Hive Pocket should already come with the Mosquito and Ladybug. Only the Pillbug should need to be purchased as an add on for the Hive Pocket set.

How many mosquitos can we add to basic game???

The mosquito is a pretty powerful piece due to its versatility so the base game rules only allow for one for each player. Probably no one will kick your door down and arrest you in the event you think it fun to play with more, though. ;)
