100% satisfied. I'm considering getting the 22U just because I know how great it will be and I'll have some excess space for growth and wiggle room. I'm using my 12U has a home lab, for the most part. I'm not in the IT field, but I really love network engineering, so I try to play around when I can. The rack is super sturdy, well built, and was easy to assemble. The wheels roll great on carpet. If you're in the market, don't hesitate with an AxcessAbles. I'll end up with a second, for sure.

I purchased this for my son as a way to consolidate various audio/studio and computer gear. I've worked in IT most of my career and have seen some pretty cheap racks before and wasn't expecting too much in the way of quality when I purchased this but was (pleasantly) surprised at it's construction and overall quality. The instructions were decent and assembly only took a few minutes for me to put it together (you'll need an extra set of hands for some of it) A power screwdriver would be handy but not required. I had no issues with the included hardware but I did purchase extra rack screws to be on the safe side as a few buyers mentioned they had problems with some of the hardware (I didn't). The packaging was done well and it arrived undamaged. The rack's finish was good too - it looks professional and more expensive than it is. I don't think I would ship gear installed in it or move it very often (like from room to room, etc.) but the castors are decent enough (again compared to what I was expecting for the price paid). This might make a good choice for home theater A/V gear but keep in mind that it does not have a front or back to it so if your setup isn't in it's own closet or room it may not be the right choice.

Couldn't be happier with my 12U Rack. Purchased to rack mount networking equipment for a homelab. Shipped in safe packaging that prevented damage in transit, and the rack is amazing quality with a very nice finish, not glossy which I definitely prefer. Wheels are great for when I need to get to the back of it, and they include locks to make sure it doesn't move when you don't want to. Keith who manages the brand is outstanding, beyond helpful and had answers for the few questions I had. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great rack for their home lab, well worth the money!

Before we get any farther, the number one thing is they didn't deburr any of the holes so there's lots of metal shards on the corner posts from all the screw holes. They can definitely cut you, so take a couple seconds to go over them with a piece of sandpaper or maybe an offcut piece of wood or something. You just need something to knock off loose bits of jagged metal. After you do that, well you might have a screw or two that is really hard to move because one of those burrs fouled the threads. So have a pair of vice grips on hand to deal with that. The screw heads are prominent enough to get a good grip, wasn't an issue for me to fix the two on my rack. After that? It's a rack, it's sturdy and cheap. The steel is thick, it's not wobbly when empty, it's a fine rack. And it comes with loads of screws, and putting it together is easy enough that installation instructions are basically just 4 short sentences.

I really like this rack, for the price you get a pretty sturdy high quality rack case, you’d have build yourself but it is easy. The wheels or the only the thing say cheap about this rack case. It’s a really great value as your saving on the assembly labor by doing it yourself. I have already bought two. Very flexible you can use 5mm screws or 6mm. They come with screws and a driver. Comes in a very dense heavy package.

Easy to build. Very secure. I’ve got a bunch of audio patch bays, bus processors, preamps, and out board compressors in there. Love the locking wheels. To those asking if this will work with audio rack gear: yes. It works perfectly.

Casi perfecto... El carro llegó perfecto pero la pequeña tapa de 1U si llego doblada, solo eso. Pero el ensamble súper sencillo, todo maquinado muy bien y los tornillos ya ubicados en su posición no faltó nada. Además los pilares tienen roscas para tornillos americano y por el otro lado europeo... Y lo mejor que trae dicha tornillería para ambos casos y un desarmador pequeño pero muy bueno y estético. El precio lo vale.
