So easy a caveman can cook it.
One bag was ripped open and the box was left a trail of couscous. I would rather have a American made product but this product had a great price. So easy to cook, just add to boiling water. It is deliscious with meat and veggies. 2 kilos will last a while and not be too much for a single person to finish. I may even buy this again, can't find couscous in local stores.

Very tiny, clumps easily
This couscous is very fine, that is tiny, so it clumps together. (It's really impressive how they can make it so tiny.) I now mix it in with regular-sized couscous to use it up, but even when it's only one quarter of the amount cooked, it still clumps after I fluff it up (shortly after cooking). I wish I hadn't bought it. It tastes the same as other brands of small/medium couscous. The instructions for cooking it are not Western, jfyi.
