Going on third year. Hard to find battery replacement.

I loved my scooter! It is convenient, helps me to be able to enjoy shopping again. However, the battery stopped charging and I have had it very long. I called customer service, they said they would ship me a new one in January, but I still have not received it or heard back from them.

I love this scooter for the weight and size of it. It is perfect for traveling. My only issue is the battery does not hold up for as long as they claim. The manufacturer said it will last up to 10 miles per charge. The battery for it is over $600.00. So it's not an option to have an extra battery. It was a very expensive mistake. Now I am stuck with it and it doesn't meet my needs. Very disappointed with Amazon for not having their facts right on this product.

Very nice scooter. It folds right out and you hop on it and go. It folds up and conveniently fits on my back seat. My mother has wanted one of these scooters for a long time and she finally has one and is pleased. We take it everywhere and she doesn't have to worry about finding a walmart scooter (they're never available) Great purchase!

My husband needed something that would get him around the house and was easy to steer and this fits the bill. If you are too big it would not be a good idea. But, he is 5'5' @ 175 lbs and he is able to take this anywhere in the house, even the water closet. Much easier to steer with the peddles and not a joystick like wheelchairs have. It does not go in and out of the house very well because it is quite low to the ground. If we would have know this before purchasing we might have looked at other alternatives. We got a lightweight wheelchair for going out of the house to use and we leave the scooter at home. It has really helped him get around and has saved him a little independence.
