HAR Red Notepad Precision Padding Compound 2oz Bottle

I make note pads from usable scrap paper that accumulates from my home business. While I've used glue sticks in the past to stick the pages together, it is a lot messier to deal with. This padding compound goes on like a thick paint and it dries to adhere the individual sheets perfectly. You get a production-like result as though you bought the note pad from the office supply shop. It appears to go a long way, too. I made up about 20 3x5 pads and use only about 15-20% of the bottle for this project. You won't be disappointed!

What a great product- works even better than described! Made notepads for some dads in our neighborhood for Father’s Day with a group of kids and the compound worked perfectly with just one coat! Each kid drew a little design on their 1/4 sheet of paper and we made copies, cut them up and stacked the sheets with a tag board backing , carefully applied the padding compound, clamped each note pad and within a half hour it was dry and we were able to package up the cute notepads for the dads! I can’t wait to do another project with it!

This is so fun I have used it to make several things

I used to be able to get padded ones ($$$) at the bank years ago, but after asking my bank about them, they had no idea what I was talking about. So I bought the padding compound and made my own. It's very easy to do. It takes about 20 minutes for it to dry but I let it dry for a good hour or overnight. Kids love padded $1 bills for Christmas. I put 25 in a pad.

I purchased this to make some scratch pads out of some used copy paper. It doesn't include an application brush...somehow I assumed it would. So I used an old paint brush to apply the adhesive and weighted it down until it dried. It worked great so I plan on making more note pads with it. It's a good product
