I have fibre mialgia and the DR had put me on 5 different medications!!! Ugh! I threw them all away and decided to go with this!!! It has been heaven sent to me!!! It is natural and NO nasty side effects!!! I'm so happy for this!!! It has made big difference in my daily pain I was going thru!!! I'm glad to say this works for me!!!! Just love it!!

I have had neuropathy in my feet for years after having chemo. I have tried every product and creme on the market. This product is the only one that takes the pain away for 8-12 hours. I am back to walking for a mile each morning. Previously, the pain was so bad that I couldn’t walk a block. I have taken most of these ingredients separately, so it must be the quality in Nurenza’s ingredients, because the separate ingredients didn’t help much. Is it expensive? Yes, but living pain-free is worth it to me.

the first bottle worked for me, after taking 2nd bottle it stopped working for me and was giving me heart burn, i have 2 bottles left so i will use up what i have since i do not want to waste money then i am switching over to nerve renewal update i was able to send back unopened bottle for refund since this stopped working for me and ordered nerve renewal instead

I believe this product has been beneficial to some degree. I would have given a 4 star review but the cost is excessive for what ir contains. I have founf a couple of different products at lower monthly costs. I'm on a fixed income and unfortuantely I'm switching to a comparable product.

I have never reviewed a product before but this one deserves my rave review. It has changed my quality of life. I had two AVM's in my spinal cord in 2015. I was in a wheelchair before they realized what was wrong and had extensive nerve damage from the lumbar region down from lack of blood flow. I couldn't walk, even after the embolization I needed a cane to balance and I couldn't feel my feet. I've read reviews here and although I cannot vouch for pain as I lack feelings from peripheral nerve damage, I felt my feet for the first time in two years after 3 days of taking this product. I've told my neurologist and my family doctor and they didn't believe it could have that affect. So I stopped it, regressed had balance problems again and started it again. My neurologist now recommends both Migravent (which is how I found this product) for migraines and Nurenza for his patients. Both are made by Vita Sciences and both work very well for me. I also believe it's helping my nerves to regenerate over time. I recommend having your B levels tested over long term use to keep your dosage correct. I am so thankful that this company has put great effort into making quality supplements to better peoples lives!

My husband has SEVERE small nerve fiber neuropathy due to Agent Orange in Vietnam. He is way beyond some minor tingling and numbness. There are a lot of different vitamins out there that help. Believe me, we have tried them all! This one, thus far seems to be the best. The one drawback is the price, it could be a tad lower in order to compete, but when you find something that gives some relief to someone as ill as my husband you do what you have to do. Neuropathy is complex though and it takes more than this to relieve the pain. Medication from a doctor is the MAIN help. Do NOT let a doctor prescribe opioids though.. that is a horrible road that leads to more pain ironically. Please believe me on that as I know first hand. Lyrica or Gabapentin are best accompanied with an anti depressant that for some reason aids the effect of either of those meds. I would like to add that besides the neuropathy, my husband received a host of other health issues due to Agent Orange in Vietnam. Sad.

Much needed as a pain release, delighted to have it available,not a prescription with side effects but a good supplement.
