Good response and received the replacement
I had ordered for the face mask which I had received promptly but the strap of the eyemask was damaged for which I spoke to the concerned personel and asked for replacement which too was received promptly. Thanks for the prompt response and the product is really effective giving relief to the eyes and the face I am happy with the product and the response given thanks 🙏🏻 once again

doesn't fit for face, if I cover forehead eyes are blocked.. if it is placed for eyes.. forehead & chin are not covered..
