Easy to install, works great so far.
I installed this for a customer. In the larger pool sizes, the price comparison to the more established pool brands makes it a no brainer. And it comes with a much longer warranty. I won't be managing it long term, but it was able to bring the chlorine level up on a fresh fill pool to about 2.0ppm over two days (45K gallons).

As advertised
Easy to install and mount. Took all of 30 minutes From beginning to end. I will update later on how it runs. Initial start up and operation seemed fine.

Best Product, Best Performance, Best Customer Service
We have owned our RJ30+ for 8 years now and continue to have the best customer service experience. Tech support is in Texas, tech support from pros right here in the US. Outstanding Warranty and Customer Service, glad we made the switch to Circupool.

Easy installation, works great and excellent value
I ordered this to replace my old salt Chlorinator. It was well packaged with good instructions. I purchased during Prime days and it is an excellent value. My previous one was rated at 40k so I went for a higher rated one this time. I removed the old one and installed the new in about an hour even with replumbing since the cell on this one was longer. It is well made, works great and has more options than my previous. I especially like the salinity display and the output adjustment that is 5% increments. Very pleased so far. I did mount it in a vertical orientation due to space.

Great product for the cost, with room for improvement.
Great product, fairly easy to install if everything is already plumbed. Everything with it is straightforward, functions as expected and will save you a ton over chlorine in the long-run. I would have given it a 5-star rating but for a few shortcomings: 1. Why on earth would they sell you a product, recommend that you clean it in muriatic acid possibly 1-2 times a year and not ship with the cleaning cap??? Without the cap, they recommend cleaning in a 5-gallon bucket, which is quite wasteful and ends up with ~5 gallons of 20% solution to dispose of vs. <1 gallon with the cap. It already costs quite a bit, so adding the cap would be trivial. But no, they want you to buy is from them for $30+ (not available on Amazon). You usually won't find this out until you need to clean it and then it's too late to order & wait for it for that time. 2. There is already a rudimentary computer on it, why the heck isn't there a timer function built-in for the end user to use? Makes no sense. Had to resort back to old-school wheel timer that fortunately hadn't been removed. RTCs are cheap and there's already constant power. 3. For the cost, there should be some basic BT or WiFi built-in for monitoring and reporting. Sure, if you don't want to develop an app that's understandable, but if the feed is there someone will develop it. A simple read-only data stream is all that's needed, that way the end user can get a quick look for problems and address as quickly as they can. Other than these items (especially the missing cleaning cap!), I would say you get a pretty good product for the cost. Since the manufacturer might read this, it would also be nice to have a pH meter on the device to make it more automated and easier for the end user to adjust... heck, then the controller itself could adjust the voltage dynamically and just inform the user.

If you have PermaSalt system upgrade to this NOW!
Starting another pool season, so I thought it would be a good time to reflect on last year. Our previous "salt" system was a nightmare. I'm pretty sure it wasn't working at all. We were having to add liquid chlorine several times a month. Finally bit the bullet and changed to the CircuPool. Awesome choice! We didn't add any chlorine at all last year. "Wish I knew" before I installed: I tried to "protect" the cell by mounting it under the deck. Bad idea. You have to disconnect the cell to clean it (typically a couple times per month) so put it somewhere easy to get to and put valves on both sides to make cleaning much easier. Also, go ahead and order the cleaning stand thing. One last thing. This year, for whatever reason, the critters decided to chew the wires for both the flow switch and cell. Had to call tech support for the cell and they were awesome.

Not reliable device - Stopped working after less than a month
This device is not reliable. I bought this few months ago, but after less than one month stopped working with "No Cell Connection" error code. I contacted the Circupool customer service, they know the known issue with the device and said they need to send me an adapter (small device), then I need to install it in the controller. They sent they device by UPS but it stocked in custom because there wasn't included a commercial invoice. It took almost one week to resolve that I need to send the invoice that Circupool had sent me by email, and they also charged me $32 custom fee (for an adapter that was sent free of charge). That took all together 10 stressful days until I received the adapter and install it. During this time I had to purchase chlorine and shock to keep my pool not getting green (also we couldn't use the pool). That issue seems to be fixed but I still worry that the device break again.. If they know the adapter needs to the controller why they don't install it before selling the product to customers?
