I purchased this product about 4 weeks ago and started taking it as soon as I received it. I read about this product in a book I purchased on Amazon. The Healing Power of Essential Oils by Bevonne Birch Crookston. Admittedly, I didn't expect to find information on the subject of MSM but was very glad I did. It also led me to the booklet, also on Amazon, The MSM Miracle by Earl Mindell. A very enlightening and promising read. I did a little research on the internet to find a quality MSM product. Doctor's Best turned up in the top 2 products. Turns out it is reasonably priced. Yea! I have been taking this product for a month now. Here is what I have noticed happening with me: Within the first week I noticed a lift in my mood. I also noticed that I began sleeping better at night. As I continue to take it I have noticed I am beginning to feel more energetic and better in my joints. I wasn't looking for anything specific but I just noticed these things occurring. Currently I take two in the morning with Vitamin C. I have personally been looking into natural choices for my health. My goal has been to repair and restore versus patch and band aid. To find that MSM is working at the cellular level is huge to me. I have learned that taking supplements, herbs, using essential oils, etc. does not work like a medication. Patience is the key. It is working from the inside out. The purpose is to help your body to return to a level that allows your body to do what it was created to do - HEAL ITSELF. Also consistency is a key. If you do not take them consistently/correctly then you can't expect good results. Just a mention, I am currently, due to the MSM booklet I read looking at the NAC supplement to take as well. I see that Doctor's Best carries that one and will likely add this to my daily as well.

I love and use Drs. Best MSM for years now and it has made a difference in my life. I would refill again again again. The price, efficacy, clean pristine formula, the dosage works, has zero smell, the texture is grainy/crystal-y that instantly- I mean instantly dissolves, disappears in coffee- or any other hot or blended drink. Haven’t tried in water or juice but u mean it instantly dissolves, it has no taste either. You do t know it’s there - only the healthy results.

I have tried a lot of MSM products but this one is the one my family and I like using. The capsules are easier to swallow than tablets. They also do not have other ingredients that upset your stomach as some of the other MSM products have. That is one main reason I like these. Does what it is suppose to do. I have been using these for a long time with great success and no GI issues like with some of the other MSM products.

I believe I have less body ache. I used to use a course flak powder. Think it’s a tad better but to subjective to know for sure. Try it it’s better than nothing.

Great product

If I stop taking this, I can tell a difference within days…my joints will start to feel stiff. It truly does help my joints to feel less tight, and I don’t feel pain like I used to after working out, or working in the yards… Great product.

Since taking this MSM regularly, I am able to eat garlic with no problem whatsoever. What a wonderful surprise.
