Well pleased.
It is well made, and comes very well packaged. Simple to assemble and puts out plenty of light. Its well worth the money!!

First time seed starting
Bought as a surprise for my daughter. Delivered quickly, super easy to assemble, heat mat and lights working. The string contraption holding the light isn’t strong enough, so I just tied a knot in the middle and holding up fine.

Ordered this product and didn't get it opened for a month, top of seed bed was cracked and I notified the company and they replaced it within 3 days. No questions asked. This is a great product.

Definitely only buy the tray with the cell growing devices, using potting soil is a mess, and almost impossible getting out plat
I just finished planting the seeds, it was a breeze ! Now I just hope everything grows well. I got one from Gurney's, & the light was out in two weeks. I called and asked for a replacement bulb and they did not give me one. All my order did not come together even though it was ordered the same day. I had to call to remind them after three weeks or so. Annoying, I will stick with the HTG.

You can do better
The rope and lock height control is not good enough. Lamp assembly weight causes the assembly to lower on down. You have to fight it to make it stay in place, needs a better lock (control) device.

Great product
One of my dome's arrived cracked. The company replaced it with no trouble. This whole system is great for a novice gardner and my seedlings are thriving
