I was skeptical of many of the baby nappie trachcans I saw on Amazon. 100£ for a diaper system just didn’t seem necessary, especially for a brand new first time parent. This can is great so far, using it for about a week. I like how it fits in the bathroom space where I use it, and it holds quite a bit of nappies but not too much that it can start smelling.The price is great, but I wonder how the cartridge diaper system will add up in the end. Cartridges are nice and easy to install, I haven’t run out of the first cartridge after a week of newborn diaper changing. If it’s >a cartridge a week then that’s a pretty ok deal in my book.

It is such an amazing product. Dispose diapers easily and they doesn’t smell at all. So easy to use and keeps the diapers in small pouches. The design is friendly for all age and mobility restricted people. Quality is good too.

Perhaps I expected too much but after a couple of days smells do somehow escape - I bought this to avoid the daily bin emptying chore, so I guess this has extended that to 2 or 3 days now. It's quite a clever way they seal the nappies in, but it's clearly not perfect.However it looks a lot better than the old bin it replaced and it does buy a couple of days between empties (though those empties now smell a lot worse!)

This makes life so much easier. I can’t express how much this has helped. By having a dedicated space that takes care of all the messy nappies and wipes, and keeps it all easily contained, it’s one less thing for mummy and daddy to worry about. This is a steal for the price. If you’re considering it, get it.

I have a colostomy and one of the more upsetting aspects is disposal of waste.In our county we have to put all products into the general waste (which I think is gross).I was quite depressed about this until I found this amazing system. Designed for waste disposal it makes a rubbish situation a bit more doable. I love turning the thing that twists the plastic bags round.1 cartridge lasts me about a month.If you know anyone with a colostomy let them know about this system.

I’m thoroughly impressed with the quality of this item. I cannot wait to start using it for my baby girl when she arrives in March. Thank you so much for a great quality product.

This bin was marketed as being innovative and useful, however, since purchasing it I have been sorelg disappointed.I only have 1 baby, so have a steady amount of nappies to dispose of but nothing overwhelming for this bin. Every time I go to twist the opening, the bin liner doesn't twist and I have to do it with one hand rather than this being a lever or electrical switch, which would make this bin easier to use and was honestly what I thought we were getting.The bin lid doesn't push the nappies down well, the lid itself is really hard to unclip and it took me and my husband to unclip it as its not user friendly at all.When taking the twisted nappies out in their own baggies, the bags simply untwist which I think is a waste of time and plastic rather than it saving plastic waste. The whole point is that I am saving time to just throw the nappy in the bin, twist and shut the bin, but more often than not I am wrestling with the twisting mechanic, as it doesn't always twist and I ha e to push the nappy further into the bin, using way more plastic than needed.Also, the bin is really small, I was expecting something taller.Really disenfranchised by Tommee Tippee, I have their bottles, bottle warmer, steriliser and now this bin as I thought they were the leading brand, but it seems all they're leading in, is cheap quality items as every single item I have of theirs is breaking or not fit for purpose, and I ha e 1 child of only 5 weeks. Not long enough for this stuff to break. Really cross.
