Can these socks be worn with flats? or are they too thick? i thought i asked but now can’t see the question. sorry if i asked twice

That depends on the flat I think. They are heavier than your usual dress socks but not sport sock thickness. If you are wearing these socks because of swelling in your calves and feet, the fact that your feet aren't so swollen makes up for the thickness of the sock. Hope this helps.

Can these socks be machine-dried?

I have had these socks for about 7 months. Machine wash and dry them every week; no complaints at all. They are one of my favorite socks.

Are all the colors the same height? Some appear to be longer than others in the photos.

I bought the blue and gray ones. They are the same height.

Size 4-10? How could they possibly fit anyone right?

I wear a 7 1/2 shoe and have pretty developed calves from walking and swimming and they fit . They are tight getting on especially new but they feel great through the day. Maybe look for larger size if large legs.
