This looks of good quality.

Very cheap price for cheap materials and very cheap manufacturing. Not all the wheels roll in an acceptable way and you have to try and test different combinations of wheels, separators and paint density to find one or two good ways to paint. But once you got it, it's a satisfactory tool for the price you've paid, compared to the expensive and ostentatious Beugler; I've tried both for painting pictures and got to see if painting on a vertical canvas could be made by Marshalltown. By the moment, is reliable and fun to use, you can drag the wheel forward and backward (Beugler can only paint in one direction), it's light, easy and fast to clean, and the separate bottles with the cap are a good idea: you save paint, or can be used for different colors storage.
