Great ab roller and fits great in travel bags
This is a great ab roller. Different style than the one my husband is used to.. but he really likes it!! Loves he can travel easily with it as well! Comes apart to fit in his bag when on work trips!

This was a very good choice, super strong, easy to assemble, a marvel.

Good design and I made it better
I like how the wheels are not flat— allows for easier movements on the diagonal / curves. I added some 7/8”ID 1.25”OD nylon washers to help the wheels spin more independently as well as silicone oil in the right places. Two washers in the middle one outside of each wheel. The thing just rolls so effortlessly now, allowing for a much better rep.

My abs are burning
A friend of mine has one of these and he has awesome abs so I thought I’d give it a try. I’m glad I found this one since it’s affordable. The knee pads definitely come in handy! Works great and is super easy to assemble
