What is the length of the shoulder harnesses and are these street legal (Ohio)

the shoulder harnesses are adjustable 4 ft max i do not see why they wouldn't be street legal they are good quality harnesses

Are these sfi certified

No they are not sfi rated. Just purchased 2 of them and have to return them because they aren't rated. No sfi tags are affixed to any of the straps.

Will they work for a bench seat in an rzr 900?

I don't have experiance with the Razor platform, but the the safety belt set has ample length and adjustment for many installations. You may need to drill out the attachment plates depending upon what size bolts the Razor provides. I would reccomend using sholder bolts for installation so the the anchor plates are free to float when the attachment bolts are fully tight. this allows the belt to distribute load eavenly over the plate so that they maintain adjustment and reduce concentrated loading of the webbing.
