How do you hang this shade, does it have hooks

It has cloth loops at the top. We put it on a curtain rod at one end of our lanai for shade and privacy. It worked very well.

What is the width of this, pic shows a much wider width of 4 ft, I need 8 or 9 ft width?

It's not that wide, mine is only 4 feet.

Do these block rain and dust/dirt? Needing for screened in porch
