Great product in every way
These dried peppers are terrific on all levels. They’re stemless, so most of the seeds are already removed. They’re slightly supple, not dried to a crisp. The flavor is excellent, and they come in a resealable bag instead of those stupid cellophane bags many peppers come in. Oh, and the price is good. I’ll buy these peppers as long as 1400s Spices keeps selling them,

Perfect. They are dry but not old. That's always a concern with dried peppers. Nice quality and taste.

Excellent dried, but pliable peppers
Excellent peppers. Dried, but still pliable unlike the peppers at my grocery store. Great flavor, mild heat. Rehydrated them to use for chili. I’ll order from this company again. I’ll add another pepper to get more heat.

Would buy again if stores are out
They look great. Nice and clean well taken care of in packaging. When I make Chili Colorado they just do not seem to have the flavor of our neighborhood mexican store. Still taste good just not as robust.

Excellent Quality
These Guajillo chiles are of high quality and so clean. I will look to see if they have ancho and other dried chiles. I will only order chiles from this company in the future.
