This stuff WORKS!!!! I have major stomach issues and don’t go regularly, I wanted to try something different than MiraLAX or stool softeners and see if it would help. And Oh my goodness does it help. It makes you go but not like your going non stop! I loved that I didn’t get cramps. I would definitely recommend.

OMG....after weeks of constipation issues- to the point I had to go to the hospital because I thought I was impacted- I finally felt like I could go #2 successfully and naturally. No cramps. No urgency. Just my body saying it was ready. What a relief. This will be my travel /stressful times companion from now on.

I love these, they help so much with me needing to use the bathroom. What I like about it is, they aren't going to make you use the bathroom in a painful way. Also, start with one, I only go up to 3 or 4 if I feel I'm extremely backed up, even then, 1 will do the job.

Let this be the last thing you take before bed one or 2 hours before and it is recommended to drink lots of water. No pain or discomfort at all, works as soon as you wake up

If I could give this 10 stars, I would! I have been struggling with constipation more than ever this past year. I’ve been so miserable couldn’t eat like I used because of worrying of stomach pain or visit to the ER. They kept trying to give me softener and MiraLAX. I tried the occasional prune juice mixed with butter that worked a couple times. There are also other supplements that I tried, but I could never fully empty. I saw this I think on TikTok and that OK I’m gonna try it thinking it’s probably a waste of money not gonna work. I took one pill and the very next day I was able to use the bathroom. I was in total shock so extremely happy I’ve been able to go to the bathroom almost every day ever since I did continue taking it for another four days after just one pill a day I would say the fourth day I did become really bloated, but it was only because my stomach was trying to digest and getting prepared for having a bowel movement. I haven’t taken any more since and it’s been two weeks. I’m still having bowel movements each day. I can’t tell you how happy I am with this product. I recommend it to anyone that has been struggling. It worked for me and I was extremely extremely constipated. I highly recommend! Give it a try! Sending prayers to everyone on here that’s been struggling with stomach issues.
