Good product and seems to be of good quality

I have neck and shoulder pain due to years working an office desk job. I used the red band and it got rid of my shoulder and neck pain. I use it 3 times a day. As a result, It saved me thousands of dollars on medication, steroid shots, medical expenses, and NO sick time required from work. Get it; It works!!

I purchased these Potok resistance bands for physical therapy. They are decent, reasonably priced bands. They are in 3 different strengths which is denoted on each: light (0.35 mm, 15 lbs), medium (0.45 mm, 20 lbs) and heavy (0.55 mm, 25 lbs). I ordered the 4’ bands, which are long enough for what I need. Note these are made of latex so those with latex allergies should not use. These bands are made in China.

These bands are weird. Out of the package I could feel that they weren’t like other bands I’ve had in the past. They aren’t very stretchy. I’ve only used the “light” one so far during workouts, so I can’t say how well the other two stretch. There are some moves I can do no problem, like lat pull downs. Others, like bicep curls with both feet on the band, I can’t get my arms above my waist. The band just does not stretch. Moves where I only have one foot on the band are a little better, but I still can’t get the range of motion that I’m used to. They were super cheap so I didn’t expect much but like I said, these just feel weird. I’ll keep looking

Just got my item yesterday and I am excited to start using them it’s to help me lose weight I have a very bad damaged ankle that I need surgery on and these are good to help me do excercises

served their purpose during the pandemic, used infrequently now but the haven't broke.
