Easy to use, very efficient

Really impressed with this washer dryer, I picked one of the cheaper ones as having read a lot of reviews I thought the dryer would be a let down but it’s been brilliant, washing comes out dry and crease free. Lots of washing cycles including 15 minutes and wools.

If you are looking for a washing machine/dryer this is not for you. Why? Took delivery of this product just over 1 month ago. Without jumping straight into writing a review, I have road tested this machine so as I could write a fair appraisal on its performance. In a nutshell is is very poor. I bought the product with the sole intention of moving my energy use to off peak hours to save on electricity. Having followed the manual I programmed a wash and dry cycle and used the delay timer to come on within my off peak hours (00:30-05:30). To be sure the machine started as programmed, I stayed awake to ensure that it started which it did. So, when I got up later that morning I checked the drum to find that the laundry was very damp. I then manually chose a manual programme (in this case for drying cottons which was for2 hrs 45 mins. After that time lapsed I open the door to find laundry hot and damp without it feeling any drier than it was when I started. Very disappointed with the performance. Added to that, beware not to burn your fingers on hot zips on tops and jeans. As a washing machine only it washes laundry adequately. However, upon pouring detergent and fabric conditioner into the appropriate receptacles I noted the liquid disappear as it was being poured in. Added to all that, washing programmes are very long in duration and very noisy on spin. In summary, very poor performance, cheap to buy for an all in unit which falls far short of my expectations. DO NOT BUY. YOU WILL REGRET.

Reasonably priced, nice machine overall, very easy to use, though the "smart" app is not the best I've ever seen (several functions seem unfinished i.e. some of the the programmes display API code rather than description - back when I worked in programming, we would be expected to sort out that kind of basic problem in Alpha, no way we'd have allowed such errors to be live still years after realising to the wild!), but it's actually pretty intuitive once you get past those little quibbles. Oh, and the metal body is rather thin and flimsy - it dented in 3 places just from lightly pushing it into the gap! - and the "bottom" is just a piece of corrugated plastic you have to clip on. But overall it suits my needs so relatively pleased with it.

As a washing machine it does a decent job and is quite easy to use, but as a dryer it is completely useless, i have tried all the drying programs and not once had dry washing, takes ages to complete a drying cycle and the washing is almost as wet when it comes out as when it went in. Also unless i am doing something wrong, when i tried to set up the wifi function it says the model is no longer supported and the wifi functions will be unavailable

Delivery 22/03/25, after reading some negative comments about this product I decided to try it for myself. And have to say I can’t fault it , I’m working around the programs, I’ve been using the Rapid wash more than anything I set it for 30 minutes , I can’t comment on the dryer yet as not used it. My partner plumbed the machine in for me adjusted the feet so there’s no shaking at all washes well , oh it’s super quiet my daughter has the one below this and she recommended it , I’ve never owned a washer dryer or tumble dryer my kitchen being on the small side, just isn’t enough room so it’s a thumbs up from me hope this review helps
