Great product - compact, great zoom, optical steady shot.
I have a W220 Cybershot camera that I unfortunately dropped twice. It still works and has a 4X+ zoom, but the lens cover doesn't always close. Was looking for an upgrade and found this product that has a 20X+ zoom. This is perfect for what I need, is small and doesn't weigh a lot. The optical steady sensor is a big plus on both cameras. It's a shame that the accessories for both these cameras aren't interchangeable and this product did not come with a CD ROM to install the software. I had to buy extra batteries, Sans disk, wall charger and case (because I wanted to keep the other camera its case). I am very, very happy with this product.

Took great pictures for the two times I used it, but it broke after that.

If you read Japanese all's good!
Warning- came with camera set for Japanese language! If you can't read Japanese you can't read most of the menu! The camera seems good.

Cute camera, so-so photo quality
I like how there are a variety of features to choose from, but honestly the quality of the photos are not that much different from my 6-year-old (and $150 at the time) Sony Cybershot... glad I didn't pay full price for this pink camera!!

中古品のため、商品写真をみて決めました。1.本体は満足です。 2.すでにサイト上写真がないので確認できませんが、電源（AC100→USB）が同梱されていませんでした、USBケーブルも本体の規格と異なり、充電できなかったので、他の機器から合うもので充電。 3.配達済にて商品を探しましたが見つからず、善良な隣の家から届きました（驚）

無事直りました。 修理相談窓口と話せたのが火曜日、修理引取されたのが水曜日の夜、そして土曜日午前に修理完了されて無事戻ってきました。 ちなみに10/4が1年間の保証期間切れの日です。1週間違ってたら、15,000円かかったんだなあ〜と思うと不幸中の幸いでしょうか？無事に動けば、気に入っているので評価戻します。これでしばらく持つといいんだけど。。。 ---------------------------- 気に入って使っていたのですが、突然ズームができなくなった。 購入からもうすぐでちょうど1年。 保証期間ぎりぎり。 慌てて修理相談窓口に電話するが、混み合ってて〜というアナウンスの元、つながらない。待とうとしても切られる。 これで無償で直らなければ、もう二度とソニーなんか買わない。 デジカメ使っててこんなの初めて！！！
