It is great - worked as expected. The only pain was that they sent it via USPS with signature required. I would have much rather have Amazon fulfill the order so I could just pick it up at a locker.

These are great for a number of reasons, but as an amateur radio operator this is the core router used by many of the AREDN mesh networks. Easy to flash and setup with the right hardware (be sure to read the guides and you will need a small switch.

The router has grate proformance compered to a 20 eur one i had beffor it but its signal dosnt reach as far as the old one and i dont know if i have missconfigured it or something

1. Wifi signal is great. Moreover, you can select the lengths to use given you do your research 2. User interface is poor for novice, but basic instructions can still be followed. Should unexpected happen, reset the device and try again. For advanced users, the interface is incredibly flexible and feature-rich out of the box. Bonus: mobile app! 3. Has been working all this time without interruptions (6 months?). Will continue working after my death, I’m sure. Overall: amazing value for your money if you can spend some time with it.

This router is working fantastically for me. It replaced an ASUS, which wouldn't maintain 300 Mbps. It provides a "dumbed" down setup interface that will allow most anyone to hook it up while also providing an extensive menu based management interface. CLI users will love it. This is the best small business router I've seen in 30 years. Fairly priced and powerful.

I am a networking professional and well familiar with Router OS. This is a great product for the money, but I do not recommend it as a consumer product. Even with quickstart, setup/configuration is not consumer friendly. For those savvy in routing and networking, this is a fantastically powerful device for the money. Plenty of horsepower for lots of processing and WiFi performance is better than expected.

Positiv: - Ersatz für in die Jahre gekommene Linksys WRT54gl - Umfangreiche Funktionalität - Gut über Programm/Weboberfläche einstellbar - regelmäßige Updates - externe Antennen anschraubbar Neutral: - Man sollte schon Netzwerkkenntnisse haben, um die umfangreichen Funktionen des Gerätes nutzen zu können. - CLI ist vorhanden aber - äh - eine eigene Sonderlocke.

Mikrotik routers are awesome value for money. You have to be a techie to be able to configure them, but they are very powerful.

Professional router that need a network knowledge from an user. All kind of settings can be edited. Available access to home network from any place on Earth even without a static IP or domain or VPN (so - free). A signal power can be set-up for outdoor to increase connection distances. At home signal can be auto - adapted to an individual device. And so much more can be done with the OS that is implemented to the router.

J'en ai acheté 2 à 1 an d'intervalle et c'est le même modèle. Pourtant la couche logicielle n'a rien à voir. Il y en a un en ARM et l'autre en ARM64. Quand j'ai mis à jour le plus ancien à la réception du nouveau je l'ai brické et j'ai du repassé par netinstall pour retrouver accès à la config... sauf que depuis l'update les features wifi que j'utilisais ont disparu. Je suis geek, donc j'aprrécie quand il y a de la configuration... mais là il y a de la config mais impossible à scripter parceque 2 modèles identiques ne se comportent pas pareil.

OOPS: Detta är den betydligt svagare Modell Mikrotik hap AC3 --- also C --- och inte en Mikrotik AX3. AC3 är vissligen också inte dåligt, men investera man dom pengar vill man väl har något framtidssäkert och välpresterande. Det gå inte att tolka det ur produktbeskrivning där den heter ACÜ - Mikrotik har inget produkt som heter så.
