Very helpful- useful skillset described.

I got this because I lose my temper easily and I don't want that to affect my 2yr old daughter. My parents didn't have the best discipline tactics. My mom was too lenient and my father was too harsh with my brothers. This workbook has helped a lot.

I use the book No Drama Discipline in my parenting education class as part of our high school teen parent program and this workbook has been great to help guide discussions. I have also used the workbook personally and recommend it to friends to improve our own skills as parents. It's a great cheat if you don't have time to read the book.

This book was recommended to us by my sons therapist. So far it's been great and a real eye opener. It's really taught us a lot and is easier to keep focused on! Love the idea of a workbook as oppose to a regular hardcover. Definitely recommend!

Like the book. but very disappointment with the condition of the book when arrived. Seem to me it was not stored correctly. Bend like it was stored in a moist area. Really not happy about it. The option to replace is really not an option as it was a present sent overseas.
