Hi. Where can i find the batch number in the box, please? Missing 1 piece and we dont find it. :(

Not sure what you mean by batch no. I filled in the Puzzle service form and cut out the bar code on the side of the box, returning all to the country address on the form. I only did this last week and am still awaiting an email/phone call to see what happens next. Hope this helps.
