This is a yummy addition to any of your Asian cooking. Slightly sweet but packed full of flavor very happy with this product!

Not as good as Lap Xuong made with pork
I was excited to discover a chicken version of my favorite Chinese sausage but it had too much star anise for my taste. They were beautiful and cooked up nicely, though. Maybe slice them thinner so the anise isn't so overpowering.
