Easy to use, works well enough. If you need a thermometer that is more accurate than a degree or so, then you need to calibrate (calculate an offset).

For the price, they work well
I wouldn't rely on this sensors for critical applications or anything. But if you're a hobbyist and are okay with readings being off potentially by 1-2 degrees then these will do. I used all three of them in a glycol chiller application for homebrew. One of the sensors was about 1-2 degrees colder than the other 2, but I was fine with that.

Must install library
I thought this was an ADC reading sensor. But, it is not it is a single wire communication and you need to look up the library and then review the example. Or read the data sheet for DS18B20 and program it yourself. Everything works great after that.

fake cheap junk
These are fake DS18B20s. 2 of the three failed and would not connect. after cutting them open to trouble shoot, I found that the two that failed actually use a GX18B20 sensor instead. cheaper is not better!

Measure perfect
Thought I would need to program an offset but these are really accurate.

The board is nice
The board is nice which takes care of the resistor which is needed to use this. Made it very easy to start using. Temperature is very accurate. I'm happy with this.

Arduino weather station
Worked great for my arduino weather station

Freezer/jockey box/keezer necessity.
Connected these to ESP32 to get the temp reading for my freezer. I also made a jockey box for my soda machine, it tells me how cold my cold plate is. I also used the 3rd one to measure the temp in my Keezer, saved me from buying the more expensive Inkbird device.

Works great.
Works exactly as they are supposed to. Wish it came with some jump wires like some other packages. But these just worked. Not like some other cheaper packages.

These are not waterproof!
I placed this sensor into a glass of water overnight and it was toasted in the morning. The heat shrink tubing does NOT have glue in it therefore it's definitely not waterproof!!! Shame on the seller! False advertising. Don't buy or you'll be very disappointed !!!
