Gua Sha Scraping Tool Stainless Steel, Body Massage for Neck Back

This is a real gua sha tool with a beveled edge that comes to a point for actually raising therapeutic petichae / sha. Most of the stainless tools on Amazon are for "facial gua sha" which is just massage with no sha actually brought to the surface. Buy this one for actually doing real gua sha.

The edges are well designed for a variety of body parts and there are no sharp edges to the metal and zero chance of cutting yourself or others. It scrapes the muscle without tearing up the skin. It's got a decent heft to it and doesn't bend even under the hardest normal pressure and so it should last a lifetime or more. I'll lose it or have it stolen before I have to order another one. The carrying case is functional but nothing that will take abuse. Use it to store it, not carry it in your pocket. The price is about what I expected. Pretty expensive for the actual materials that go into it but it's in line with other similar scrapers and for a generally superior design. The best part of it is that the product works. I recommend watching some YouTube videos to give you an idea how muscle scraping works and be sure to drag the unit toward the handle rather than push it like a knife. I've only had it a few weeks now but it has seriously helped in some surgical recovery and breaking up a few adhesions.

The square shaped one .. Needs to be one inch wider. Kind of love it as a gua sha tool. But I wish it was just a bit longer. Why? Because that pointed corner will get in your way on a portion of your skin.. Not sure why that point is so sharp on the square one? I bought the Knife shaped one too, separately.. and I love and adore it!! It's the best Gua sha tool.. for legs. It is so easy to move on your skin.

This came recommended by my daughter's PT. She uses one similar at therapy sessions and thought I could do at home too. We used it to try to break up scar tissue that might form due to hip labrum surgery. It is of good quality and very easy to hold and use. When she had to have MRI there was minimal scar tissue so I think it did it's job.

This physical therapy guasha massage tool is exactly what my PT professional uses during official sessions, along with massage cream. Now, I can work on post surgery scar tissue breakdown at home and make greater progress!

This massage tool is great! I watched a YouTube video that shows where on my leg and how to use it for my plantar fasciitis. It has been a game changer! Most of the pain is gone. Would highly recommend!

A nice message tool. I purchased to breakdown scar tissue on my knee replacement scar. This is similar to tool therapist used. Feels good on palm of hands too.

Got this instead of my other one that doesn’t have a grip. The price made me nervous but quality is superb. I wasn’t sure about having a metal one Now I don’t want any other material since I can clean it with anything not worrying about plastic fallowing apart. I like it but I wish it was also wider where the grip is for more comfortable hold (asking too much). Overall nice size for any body part. I like different shaped corners for different purposes. I would recommend over conventional since it’s better to hold.

Quality tool.

The Pro's This piece is so easy to hold and use. Great for legs, arms, shoulders. Even probably your face. There is a pressure point on the side which is great to use on your hands or feet. And you could probably use it for scars or adhesions. The Con's If you've got large burley hands probably not as easy to hold.

Not appropriate for big hands. Has poor quality. If those don't matter it does the job based on the price.
