I didn't get what was described
I obviously didn't get the same pillow that these people are describing here. Mine was flat, about 2 inches high, looked dark green and actually gross. I thought maybe it would inflate a bit but nope. Out of box and right back in the box and returned.It looked nothing like the picture, I should have taken a picture of it.

Great pillows for the right person!
Our entire family uses these pillows. The firmness is perfect for us and the blue bubble gel is wonderful. They definitely hold there shape. Just be aware they are not very squishy.
