I am very satisfied with this protein powder. It mixes easily, has a great taste, and provides good support for my fitness goals. It feels light on my stomach and is perfect for taking after workouts or as part of my daily nutrition. The quality is excellent, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good protein supplement.

Not crazy about the taste and gets clumpy (which is why they recommend a blender) but it is one of the only protein powders recommended by Consumer Reports that doesn't contain traces of lead, so that's good enough for me. Sugar content seems a bit high.

I like to workout, but the problem I face often isn't enough protein and calorie recovery post-workout. This makes me sluggish, moody, and I work a busy, on-your-feet job, so recovery is critical to feel better faster after microtearing. A lot of shakes on the market are only high protein, not protein and calories. Often foods aren't nutritious enough or have (good) high calories while still being budget-friendly. I don't always need to drink a full serving, but even when I do, one gallon of this lasts a while for one person. With overnight shipping, it's even better, so I don't have to delay my workouts waiting for this. You can scale back the calories, if you want, by putting less cups in per shake (the advertised serving is 6 full cups.) The only downside is even with shaking and stirring, it stays emulsified, unless you wait a day. Doable, nonetheless. Both flavors are great, but I feel chocolate is better. It doesn't suppress appetite - it fills it, so I often snack and use this as a meal replacement when I don't want to cook or have time to.

It's been a while since I purchased a muscle or weight gain powder. I used to drink them all the time back in the day and a lot of those powders tasted horrible. But this Muscle Tech powder tastes amazing. First I have to remark on the container - it's huge!! 5 lbs for the price (under $40). Not bad at all!! It arrived yesterday and I made my first post-workout smoothie with it this evening using whole milk and strawberry yogurt. Wow! It blended well and the texture was smooth and creamy. I got the vanilla milkshake flavor, and they really nailed it - there was no grittiness, no unpleasant aftertaste. I did some research, and this is a really reputable brand and I'm excited to see what it does for my body over the next several weeks. The taste makes it something I know I'll look forward to after my workouts and I'm dying to try different fruits, nut butters and milks!

Be aware that 1 serving is 6 scoops of the enclosed cup and it is 7 servings. What a bunch of BS, other similar products from other companies. Optimum nutrition gold standard whey has 80 servings. Ascent 100% whey protein has 61 servings. I use these 2 and figured I try Muscle tech and was shocked at the six scoops BS. To add insult They mention pairing it either with water or 20oz of milk!!!
