These melatonin pills work. I bought them because sometimes I'm so stressed or pressured by everyday life that I find it hard to fall asleep. I don't use them every day, only when I really can't sleep and it's very late. I must say that this pill doesn't knock you out completely. I liked that. You fall asleep slowly, and the next day you don't feel groggy or like you've had too much to drink. It's a great product!

It takes about 45 min for a 100 lb 13-year-old to notice the effects. He says they are perfect to help his ADHD brain to wind down. He also says that they are a nice grape-ish fruity flavor.

On my second bottle, great product for the cheap price, lasts almost a year. Hard to find in this low dose. I personally find low dose melatonin to work better than the higher amounts. It’s the sweet spot.

Arrived quickly and works as advertised.

I wish I could easily find a lower dose, but this works. Take one about 30 mins before I want to sleep and when I fall asleep I don't wake up in the middle of the night. I normally have insomnia but one of these generally gives me 9 hours of sleep. It doesn't ALWAYS work (I have health problems that can keep me awake) but instead of 5-7 hours sleep I am consistently getting around 9. The only problem is I'm groggy in the morning. But I feel a lot less haggard and anxious in the morning now so I think I'll be continuing with this.

It’s fine if you can swallow pills. My kids hate the taste of these when chewed - I did not realize they were not “chewable”

I have an elderly small pet who needs a small dose of melatonin every evening. His veterinarian recommended this brand and dose. It was hard to find in stores, so I am grateful to find it online for a very reasonable price!
