How well does think ink work for at home tattooing?

It's always worked great for me!! Got my first stick-and-poke with this ink about 7 years ago and it hasn't faded at all. I've used it on half a dozen friends since then, always with good results! So far, no adverse / allergic reactions. I like the small bottle, because even though I always pour the ink into a sterilized shot glass before using, I still make everyone get their own, unopened bottle for each new tattoo! [obligatory disclaimer that home tattooing always poses significant safety risks and that I'm neither a healthcare professional or tattoo artist]

Can you use this ink for dip pens?

It doesn't work as good, waterproof ink has shellac, which leaves a dried residue on the nib

Would this be usable is semi-permenant long lasting skin art that is not a tattoo?

I mean the ink isnt auppose to be used for any type of skin art at all. I personally when i bought it didnt think it was pigmented enough even for art purposes so Id reccomend if you want ink for anything on your skin to just buy tattoo ink (for stick and poke tattoos) or look into buying freehand ink from Inkbox (a company that sells semi long lasting permenant tattoos and ink made with safe plant based ink)
