What is the doseage for a 13kg dog please?

A dog between 10kg and 20kg needs 2 tablets daily . I don`t know if you can cut them in half and get a consistent dosage through the tablet . Milk thistle can cause a tough of nausea to start with so you could start with 1 tablet daily for a couple of weeks and then up the dose to 2 tablets daily . Beki
