Purchased this in Nov, 2016. 500 count size..Been using this product continuously since that date. FYI: 1 capsule of 200mg = 2 cups of Coffee. Prior to purchase: I was looking for something more cost economical and long lasting vs coffee and energy drinks. First off, I'm male, 5'9" 30's and weight 180lbs~ and have a mid- moderate/high tolerance to caffeine. Sodas like coca cola did nothing for me caffeine wise. I've tried various Teas, 5 hour energy, Monster which had no effect on me. NOS, Rockstar, Red bull, and coffees worked but caused me to crash mid day 4-5 hours in. If your tolerance is lower u may want the 100 mg capsules. I prior to taking this, had problems staying asleep so i can't comment whether this will give you insomnia, however because I only take this product in the morning when i wake up it should not be a factor because the therapeutic effects should have worn off by then. First impressions: I took 1 capsule after waking up and noticed the effects occur about 20-30min post ingestion. Fatigue gradually lifted, there was no headaches, which some people swear they need to feel to know its working. No bowel movement associated with coffee. I went to work and the duration lasted 12~ hours; no crash, minimal fatigue and excess energy. As an experiment, I took one on a day off an lounged around the majority of the day. Some how prior to the effects kicking in, i managed to fall back asleep and woke up suddenly wide eyed noting that my body temperature was elevated and heart rate slightly increased. I quickly started rapidly walking around burning off excess energy till my heart rate returned to normal (couple minutes). At 1-3 Month: Initial impressions are still valid..I stopped taking them on days off and noticed I slept much more to rebalance the missed sleep equilibrium. I've noticed that I was awake but this did not really affect focus beyond the norm. I noticed minimal Fatigue from time to time after mentally trying days. Told my friends I was on these and gave one of them some to try out; he reported they worked well too. 6 month-1yr Most days the product was enough as indicated. Yet Day after day of work, Some days were trying. I Noticed sometimes I would some times go into an Automatic Mode like Adam Sander did from that movie Click. I was awake to just do what was required of me (general indifference). I started bringing a back up coffee just in case with me. On a couple of my days off, I slept 6+ hours to make up lost sleep. Today 04/26/2018 IE (1.5yr~) I still take 1 in the morning. Sometimes i top it off with some coffee, or in the afternoon. The 12 hour effects/ excess energy are still there. I have not experience any negative side effects since that initial experiment. I personally think I'm missing sleep which is causing my primary problems and this capsule can only negate so much before it seems like its not working.. I don't think my tolerance to caffeine has increased. Most of the time 85% these are still enough to get me through the day. Looking back, sometimes I wish I had tablets so I could take half a tablet instead of the full dosage, but these are capsules so i can't do that. Pros: No Headaches, Works 12 hours+, No crash, Cheap $0.035/capsule. Negates missed sleep. Excess energy. Get Stuff Done! Cons: Wakes you up but minimal effect on Focus beyond awake alertness. Capsules can't be cut in half like tablets. Negative stereotypes regarding pep pills.. Insomnia?? idk.. I'd still recommend these, they work and the side effects are minimal..

This is a great product, if you don’t care for the hassle of coffee and just want the benefits of focus and clarity this is perfect. One tablet gets the job down tremendously. I give 4 stars instead of 5 because I’m not a fan of the ‘rice flour’ ingredient, but that’s in most of nutricost supplements.

I think this is a great product. I want to give up coffee for a few reason but didn’t want to cut caffeine completely. I find that one of these pills effectively replaces the two large cups of coffee I have in the morning, with the added benefits of being noticeably less jittery than I often feel with coffee. It provides a good clean level of energy. I tent to notice the effect about 10 minutes after taking it. Also, it doesn’t have lots of acid in it like coffee which can cause stomach issues. I also like how it only has 1 ingredient.

Since becoming homeless and jobless at the mercy of an ownership class of post-abundance quarterly earning short-shortsightedness of the wealth caste, these are a really great value for the money as an effective appetite suppressant without any particular taste, smell or flavor enough to distract focus on that maximized energy level. As with any caffeine straight up like this, there is a possibility for jitteriness so I'm not the boss of you and you're an adult to make your own decisions.

I use this everyday and it works very good. My doctor said 1 200mg pill per day is good. I used 1 and noticed little effect and change. I tried 2 pills and still dozing off and sleeping. 3+ is what I need at my size and weight. It works good. EDIT: I am now taking 4 pills at a time. That seems to counter the sleepy eyes when I am watching the big screen TV. EDIT: I took 4 pills and now I feel disgusting. Don't take 4 pills...
