Purchased this to run a machine that works on USA voltage. The machine has sensitive electronics in it and is very "fussy" about the power input. I purchased on machine locally but I had problems. My search online led me to Axvolt Step down. I only needed a 1000 watts , but I decided to play safe and bought the 1500 watts. My machine is working perfectly now. The transformer is built solidly and looks like it will serve me well. Getting the warranty registered also was no problem with very courteous service. I am very happy with the product.

Got the delivery of 1500 watt axvolt crysta 10 days back. Have used it to charge 110 v batteries. No problem. Workmanship looks good.

My lights on 1200va inverter used to flicker when bambu A1 3d printer was running on it. After checking bambu forums, I got this one as on 110v, it only goes upto 400w unlike 220v, it goes to 1000+w for a few seconds. Crucial thing it to not run too many devices on inverter while using this with the printer as it can cause issues, only use printer and maybe a light and charger, nothing more.

Working fine compact design

This device works, is high quality & worth the cost. I had tried those cheaper (Rs 800 range) "1000W 220V to 110V" US-to-India adapter plugs and they're all scam - one of my US devices also stopped working after using with that adapter plug. Even my rice cooker didn't work thru the adapter plug. For any US appliances beyond simple heating devices like sandwich toaster etc, the only solution is to buy these expensive transformers like this one

Works. Barely. Expect no support from the manufacturer. They give no responses over call and whatsapp. They just need your invoice so that they can confirm your purchase over Amazon and they provide you with 1 year extended warranty for it. Pure greed with no service. The output socket is so improperly placed that a 3pin plug doesnt fit without touching the ground surface. Poor design. Horrible. I had to place plastic rubber feet to increase the height from the ground. Avoid and buy some other brand.

Does the job. Looks real deal. I have using it on the coffee machine that I got from US (1100 W, compatible with 110V). Only nuisance it that I had to register on whatsapp and give my Amazon order details, it should be automatic for warranty registration. Support contacted me to check if I was having any problems.
