I had a different set and the handles kept breaking. The gates were super flimsy. This set the poles seem to be nice and sturdy and the gates are made of a thicker material and don't bend like the others did. I really like this set. I highly recommend this set.

I bought this for 10 year old. One of the mallets broke on the first game. I will say the company sent a new mallet very fast without any issues (great customer service). I did pay more than some of the other sets because of the cool black color and square heads. The black paint does chip pretty easy. The carry case is awesome.

This is a very nice croquet set! I bought it for our big yard. It has metal bands around the ends of each mallet to improve durability. I especially like the carrying case. There is a spot for every piece and it is compact.

This set looks great and the concept to carry in the pictures looks awesome! Unfortunately the quality is cheap PLASTIC! it looks as a solid metal/aluminium well, is cheap plastic and falls apart just by walking! Bought it for a summer camping vacation and did not even use it once as it was such a pain to move it around. Waist of money :-(

Set is a decent value of the money but leaves a little to be desired. The mallets are good quality and held up well during their first use. The wickets that come with the set are the thinnest gauge metal I have seen for croquet and are also very short for croquet standards. By the time you stick them in the ground, even with short grass there is not much room to get the ball under. I will be buying a better set of wickets for sure. The balls themselves while heavy are cheap and dent and scare very quickly (See attached pictures after one round). The carry case is also cheap and the mallets fall out of the cheap plastic clips with little effort. Honestly not a bad set for the money, but I would return had I not destroyed the box when opening. Very nice product at a good price. Well worth it. We especially like the longer handles on the mallets.

This was a birthday gift to my Grandson...family enjoys it,tho weather hasn't been that great yet....packaging was terrible...bent,somewhat crushed & taped. I took a chance,since it arrived a day before his b'day....contents were o.k.
