I was a bit concerned since the seller had an "old" and "new" version of the drive with the old version being more expensive. I just ordered the slightly cheaper "new" version and it was perfect. You need to be careful removing the old bezel from the original laptop drive - the new one is less important but probably a good idea not to snap it off and damage the tabs on the new drive! Works a charm.

It works like any other dvd drive so there's not much to say.

Excellent purchase and very good value for money. Old DVD drive stopped working. New one was easily replaced.

Easey to install. may need sata cables as none with drive, mine works fine.

Acheter sur Amazon est facile… mais parfois pas !!! Mon problème est que j’ai un PC de bureau récent qui n’accepte que les lecteurs/graveurs prévus pour des PC portables. En plus, il doit fonctionner verticalement. Mon premier achat a tenu plusieurs mois avant de rendre l’âme. J’en ai essayé un second, pourtant d’une grande marque, qui refusait de marcher en vertical. J’ai voulu faire l’acquisition d’un autre mais, à deux reprises, j’ai reçu un graveur EXTERNE alors que j’en cherchais un interne. Je me suis finalement reporté sur celui-là, moins cher, mais qui a l’air de faire le job fort bien. Pourvu que ça dure !!!

Se non si è sicuri dell'acquisto, controllare che il prodotto abbia il reso gratuito, in modo da poterlo restituire senza spese qualora non dovesse essere perfettamente compatibile con il modello che si sta sostituendo.
