Seems like less and less products labeled as “exfoliating scrubs” are just that anymore. I bought this thinking I would be able to scrub away dry skin and dead cells, but no. It is perfectly fine as a cleanser and wasn’t worth the hassle of returning, but the slimy texture and sparse amount of exfoliating beads made the kind of deep clean I ordered it for impossible.

I'm African American with a medium beard and have always had dry spots on my skin (face) nothing crazy but something i've always struggled with, and after about 4-5 washes using the scrub ever couple of days my skin was noticeably smoother and less oily. this is now a staple in my weekly routine.
