I recently moved into a used trailer and was just going to replace the missing glass "Jelly Jar" bulb covers until I noticed the front and back fixtures both had cracks that would prevent the cover from staying in securely. I had replaced a back porch light on my parents' home years ago and went looking for a similar light. Since I had been shopping for the bulb covers, Amazon sent me suggestions occasionally, so I had a few to choose from. Lo and behold, their algorithm worked perfectly for me, as it suggested these lights that were metal with the glass jar type covers I wanted and at a very good price. They came quickly thanks to Prime and they were easy to install. I have to say, they look great and they are much nicer than the "plastic" alternatives with housings that crack from heat while their plastic bulb covers yellow from heat or the sun. I use LED white bulbs at 11 watts or 12 watts and they are much brighter and nicer looking than the "warm white" yellow looking alternatives. You can't go wrong with these and that's a fact...

A very basic yet nice jelly jar light fixture for the outside porch. It was very easy for me to install and it works perfectly.

This light was perfect for our beach condo! There was no worry about the salt air’s corrosive, and tarnishing effect on the housing. This was a direct replacement for an HOA approved outdoor porch/deck light and at a FRACTION OF THE PRICE!

Simple and looks good for a basic porch light. No issues. It is closed at the bottom, so you will need to unscrew ONE holding screw that keeps the glass cover in place. This was disappointing for me, I was under the impression the bulb could be removed from the bottom. I am shorter and have shoulder issues. If you don't mind using two hands just to get the bulb out, this is fine. I put a dusk-to-dawn bulb in there.

Muy hermosas y muy fáciles de instalar, pedí 4 y todas llegaron sin ningún daño (muy bien Amazon!) sin embargo dos de ellas ya empezaron a generar óxido en el tornillo que mantiene el cristal en su lugar, así que creo que ese es su punto débil, ese tornillo debería ser de acero inoxidable.

I think this is a great product. I bought several jelly lights for all entrances to my large triplex. These jelly lights are perfect for using a dusk-to-dawn bulb as the light bulb covering is transparent glass. I did hire someone to install the lights, but he said it was incredibly easy. These are a winner in my book.

We ordered for our cabin and when they came, they were so nice we actually put one on our main house. They are super cute and will go with the rustic cabin and look nice on our main house as well.
