Will this fit the kids 10oz bottle?

Measure across the bottom of the bottle. If it has a 3 1/2 diameter, then yes, it will fit.

Is there a protective boot for the 64 oz bottle yet?

Not boots but I have a Molle-like bottle holder or sleeve for mine. It has a pocket, shoulder straps and a handle. Search Amazon. That's where I found mine. I think I looked for 64 oz bottle sleeves. But try searching under different names too, like grogs, beer kegs, etc.

Is there a full bottle sleeve? I've knocked walls and my car with my flask now and a full sleeve would be nice to protect things from the bottle.
