Good product!
These timed release melatonin in 2mg is just about right for me, no grogginess & sleep pretty well working the midnight shift! I have 1, 2 & 3 mgs & take according to how many hours I have to try & sleep any given day! I take half of an anti-depressant along with the melatonin to get me to fall asleep pretty fast, then this timed release helps me get pretty decent sleep!

Instead of getting the dose all at once this spreads it out through the night. I do get headaches sometimes by morning, which I've never had before. My wife likes it too.

This didnt work for me but I just may not be a melatonin person. I have trouble staying asleep.

I usually take 5 pills an hour before I want to fall asleep. I would sleep through the night, and didn’t wake up with a “melatonin hangover “!! Lately though, I’ve been falling asleep without using these.

I used another product for 5 years till Amazon stopped selling them so, I had to try a few out till I found these. I took 5mg ones for years, then decided to go time release at lower dose and I feel drowsy at 30 to 45 minutes and stay asleep longer. Look up some low dose studies on melatonin may change your mind too. Anyway great product take it daily unless its a gaming weekend.
