Nice addition to roasting in the Q1200
Worked as advertised. I was skeptical....but the disposable tray allowed us to grill three Trader Joe's lamb racks at one time while camping.Seemed to work to spread the flame (so to speak) in a Weber world of roasting rather than direct grilling in a Q1200. Also, it DID seem to work keeping the drippings from making a mess of the Q1200. No flare ups.
