Ok, these things are amazing! We are in a short term rental with most of our stuff in storage right now, and I am SO glad we used these when packing! It makes it so easy to find things when we discover we need something out of storage. We can locate exactly what box it’s in because of the search feature in the app! Anyone who has moved knows how frustrating it is when you need a specific item and don’t know what box it’s in. Because even in the best situations, unpacking takes time! Best things about these: - Easy to use - app makes everything super simple - Variety of color options makes it easy to color code, so you can quickly glance at boxes and find the right one. Also helps for getting boxes to the right room when unloading. - They have now added a reprint option so you can put labels on multiple sides of the box. This was initially a flaw, but they recently added this option and blank labels. I just ordered some so haven’t tried yet, but looks like it will be super simple. Will try to remember to come back and update this once I do. - Search feature - best part of the app! Catalog your boxes thoroughly (description, list of items, and pictures), and you’ll be able to find what you’re looking for easily. The app lets you put in as little or as much info as you want, but if you put in the effort up front it is 100% worth it. You can thank me later. 😉 - Last but not least, their customer service is top notch!! They listen and respond to feedback (reprint option), and are super prompt & helpful to respond! I reached out with an ordering question for their website because their blank labels aren’t on Amazon right now, and someone responded right away and got me fixed up even on a Saturday night! Tips: - Order more than you think you’ll need. Especially if you’re color coding, you don’t want to run out of a certain color when you need them. - Take the time to catalog thoroughly. List everything that’s in the box, and take pictures of the inside and the outside of the box. (Outside pics really help when searching for a specific box in a room full of boxes!) - Don’t be scared off by the “pro” subscription. We ended up needing it because our stuff is in storage longer than we originally thought, but it was only like $12-15/year. I can’t remember if it unlocked additional features or not, but it was worth every penny! I have shared these with friends and they are as in love with them as I am. They are the best moving hack ever.

These are an awesome idea. The best part is that they do not require a subscription. I have purchased both, the primary colors & the neon and have color coded them. I have built a rack that will hold 64 of the 27 gallon totes. We have a ton or stuff that we are storing, from Christmas decorations, Halloween decorations, July 4th decorations, keepsakes for our kids, misc. junk that should probably be tossed and just a plethora of stuff that has now been cataloged and stored. These labels make it easy as once you have them entered into your phone, it will also allow you to just quickly scan thru the descriptions and photos of these containers on your phone and you can then find the container by color & number before even looking into the containers. The labels don’t stick very well but just tape over them with some clear packaging tape and problem solved. I would seriously recommend these.

Easy to use and app is free, but you can pay a yearly subscription for more features. And if you want more labels each pack is unique so you will never have duplicates. I used my labels to organize items into totes and can see what’s inside with out pulling it down and opening. I’m also using them to catalog my game collection.

This scan system is rather simple to use, scan a tag ,name it, enter items and complete you are done. Being able to add photos of your items is a neat way to help you locate your items and were you put them, the tags are easy to peel, they seem good quality, so far I like the system

Oh My Goodness this it the best product if you are moving and need to store the boxes. Moving from Calif to Tx I will not remember all items in each box. This will make my life so much easer. Let's face when we are mature adults we need all the help we can get.

Such an amazing system and app. This really helped me keep track of my stuff while under construction.

Love organization and love these labels! Before Smart Labels, I struggled with finding specific decor in my garage, but now all I have to do is look on the app and find the QR CODE/BIN # rather than search through all the bins. I also organize my Disney headbands with these and it takes 5 seconds to find what I need (see pic). I highly recommend if you need organization to breathe easy 💜.

I really like these they help for labeling and keep track of all of my holiday storage totes. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it doesn’t look like they will stick and hold on long to the totes. They need to be sticker so I may have to buy some clear sticky pocket size card holders to put on the totes then the QR code labels inside of those. One was already coming back up after applying it. 6 totes down 60 some more to go lol
