what a wonderful supplement I put it in pineapple juice and its delicious adds a nice berry flavor to your beverage of choice or smoothie ive never tried it in just plain water but with juice its great and so easy makes you feel like your healthy even if you are cheating a bit its kind of pricey but definitely worth it if youre anything like me and really don't eat enough fruits and veggies I will keep this in stock at home for sure and it comes with its own little scoop so its easy to take with you travelling I just throw it in my nalgen and shake it up whenever im ready to drink it be sure you mix very well it settles to the bottom if you let it sit to long. good stuff highly recommend it
