I had this one come in and it would not charge. The power supply was bad. I tried to get the people I purchased from to get me something else. I never heard from them. I purchased on my VISA, which gave me a credit for the piece of junk that never worked. The manufacturer needs to fix their issues with this thing or totally junk the entire manufacturing of it.

Don't buy this. I've had three. Even with careful constant care, ( not draining battery, recharging, monthly use to run current through) I never got more than a year. On the last one, USB port didn't work, and switch that changes from AC to off to USB eventually broke and slides around loosely. Don't waste your money.

I've had 3 of these: first one sounded like a bomb was ticking when I plugged it in to charge it and it wouldn't charge. Second one I bought a year ago Feb would only charge if you sat with it holding the wobbly cord in the darnned thing and the one I bought in November (7 months ago) isn't giving up any info, it's dead. These aren't cheap and you can't return the stupid things now and do you know why? Because - the receipts have vanishing ink! So, if you CAN find the receipt you can't read it read it anyway and you can't even get them to fix it because you need the receipt WITH PRINT to get them to honour the guarantee. You're screwed 100%, Blame the customer! Well, I'm planning on writing checks from now on with fading ink. Let's see how they like that! Let's take a stand on this issue and when we do buy anything use Amazon, they let you print your own!

This product is garbage. Don't waste your money!
