Very happy with the 12pro max, I bought the phone in good condition for my granddaughter. She checked it over and could not find a mark on it. Battery health is at 100% so we really lucked out there to. Had no problem getting the service transferred over from her old phone. There was only one small detail I wished you guys hadn’t done, that’s update the phone to iOS 26. Still very happy with my purchase.

I’ve ordered phones from here before and never had this type of problem, but this time was very different. I bought this refurbished phone in November, and within a month it started glitching. The phone would randomly shut off, the screen would go black and come back on, and eventually I couldn’t hear calls. I contacted technical support and was told to restart the phone, which only helped temporarily. By January, I finally took it to an Apple service location, and that’s when I was told the phone already had internal issues. I had even tried to get it checked back in December and was told the battery capacity was already down to 75%. Because I urgently needed a working phone, I kept trying to troubleshoot and hoped it would stabilize — but it never did. Now the screen constantly goes black and the phone is barely usable. Unfortunately, I thought I had until the end of February to return it, only to realize the return window had already passed, so now I’m stuck with a poorly functioning phone. My advice: if you buy a refurbished phone, get it fully inspected immediately. Mine looked perfect on the outside — no scratches, dents, or screen damage — but the internal hardware clearly had serious problems. Very disappointing experience.

Well, after a couple of months of use, I can honestly say that this refurbished iPhone is doing a great job. Updates are coming through, battery life is good, everything is running smoothly! I'm still working on the learning curve now and then after switching from an Android, but I'm getting the hang of most things and finding settings to adjust a few things more to my liking. The camera works well and the screen is nice and bright and crisp. I am hopeful that I will get many years of use from this phone, even though it was a refurbished item. As far as the quality of this product goes, the outside case, screen and buttons all looked absolutely brand new when it arrived (see photos). The packaging was really good as well. I've got a protective case and screen protector installed to try and make sure the condition isn't compromised. Everything works great. I've used this phone connected to my 2022 Rav4 and the onscreen app works well to project the phone onto the screen display in the car. Bluetooth connectivity works great. My only gripe is that the volume doesn't seem to adjust loud enough for some things (most ringtones/notification tones aren't loud enough for me), but I have figured out how to manage things so that isn't much of an issue. Reviews online were very good for this iPhone model and I am very happy with my purchase thus far.

I had such a good plan set out for this phone. I think it was 4 models old when I got it. I was planning on putting a cool case on it and using it absolutely as long as possible, until Apple stopped offering updates for it. I was just getting started on my plan when I dropped a dumbbell on it at the gym… New phone cases are amazing but nothing will protect an iPhone from a 60lb dumbbell. If you are thinking of a plan similar to mine don’t worry. It’s a good plan. And the seller I got mine from was great. Just don’t drop a heavy weight on it at the gym

No cracks,dents, looks like new! Took it too my phone provider and connected with no issue! They also change the battery’s so I got a 100% healthy battery

Propre, aspect extérieur pratiquement parfait. Le seul petit bémol est la batterie qui est à 85% , mais c’est selon les normes Amazon renewed donc il faut s’attendre à ça. Livré avec un chargeur et un fil.

So I am finally making a review for it. It works well it came unlocked with a 90% battery life. It does what I need it to do, the pictures come out great and I really do enjoy it. But with in a year of having it the battery went from 90% to 75% and I am going to have to replace the battery which is fine it’s cheaper than buying a new phone.
