Good stuff, fast acting.
I had a toothache and was using those powdered aspirin packets which helped some but I was concerned with using aspirin so often. I like acetaminophen but didn’t like taking the pills, and the liquid acetaminophen seemed to be all children’s formula. I finally searched Amazon for liquid pain relief and was thrilled to find this product and for a good reasonable price too. In my experience taking it for a few days. One dose daily in the morning is all I have been doing and it works quickly for me and seems to last for a few hours. Or it lasts long enough to get busy and forget about your discomfort. LoL. Overall I am happy I found this and will definitely keep some on hand. Taste is not bad, it has a sweet tongue numbing medicine taste that isn’t bad. Very tolerable I’d say for us adults. One thing I noticed is this 16oz regular strength bottle says 160mg acetaminophen in each 5ml so to take roughly 500mg you need to take 15ml (480mg) and this 16oz bottle is $9.99. Now the extra strength bottle is only 8oz for $9.99 and it reads 500mg per15ml which is just about the same. So the better value is this one. Look at the details in each product and make your choice that’s best for you. I’m very happy with my purchase and overall experience buying this pain relief product.

Really cherry tasting pain killer!
Of all the liquid alcohol- free acetaminophen that I have ever tried, this one actually tastes of cherry. Most just taste mediciney. So , it is a little easier to take. Like other liquid acetaminophen, it works quickly. I would definitely buy this again; it is a double size bottle.

Good price, good product
Good price for a good tasting generic version of Tylenol. We have ordered this twice, and our kids willing take this when needed. Highly recommended.
